Built on a 530m2 plot this dual-house was designed for two families. Divided vertically, each unit is comprised of three levels; a raised ground floor, a semi-basement and a 1st floor. Steel framed structure, insulated dry walls and a ventilated façade were adopted for the constructive system providing superior thermal efficiency and comfort.
