Acted as site architect. Assisted the project manager to acquire the project team, manage and supervise the complete interior and shop front refurbishment following strict corporate guidelines, coordinating with various subcontractors and suppliers. 

After project completion, we extended our collaboration with the brand to provide services as an independent contractor, in particular for the needs of window displays and special events.
