P MULTI-RESIDENCE
Built on half a plot, this 3-storey building houses 3 apartments, one on each floor.
The reduced space of building area led us to privilege a steel structure for minimal sections and minimal construction time by combining dry construction methods. A ventilated façade was developed to reduce heat gain from solar radiation and corrugated steel was chosen for cost effectiveness. The system as a whole provides superior thermal efficiency and comfort.
